ANNE JONES
Jones has been Tucker County’s Economic Development Director since 2010. She is an acknowledged expert in employment and career education, with more than 25 years of marketing and human resources experience in the corporate and non-profit sectors. She is the founder of Piton Inc., a non-profit organization that provides ‘military to civilian’ career transition.
Jones has “hardwood in her blood.” She is the great granddaughter of G.W. Jones, of Wisconsin’s GW Jones Lumber Company, one of the United States’ oldest family-owned wholesale lumber companies.
