MALLIE COMBS
Combs has been an economic development professional since 1984. She serves as the Executive Director of the Hardy County Rural Development Authority.
Combs is President of the West Virginia Economic Development Council; Immediate Past President of the Southern Economic Development Council; an officer of the West Virginia Education Alliance; a member of the Region 8 Planning and Development Council, Corridor H Committee, West Virginia Solid Waste Authority, Hardy County Child Care Center, West Virginia Chamber of Commerce and Hardy County Chamber of Commerce. Combs is an advisory member Small Business Development Council and an ex-officio member West Virginia Manufacturers Association.
