ROBERT HINTON
Hinton serves as the Executive Director of the Upshur County Development Authority. He previously worked as a Small Business Coach for the West Virginia Small Business Development Center. Hinton offers extensive experience developing businesses in North Central West Virginia. He serves as a board member of the West Virginia Economic Development Council, Robert C. Byrd Corridor H Highway Authority, West Virginia Hardwood Alliance Zone and as an Executive Board Member of the West Virginia Food and Farm Coalition.
