ROBBIE BAYLOR – HAZ PRESIDENT
As Executive Director of the Preston County Economic Development Authority, Baylor is responsible for recruiting and retaining businesses and for promoting partnership growth to improve the economic climate in Preston County. Included in her efforts are infrastructure development, facilitation and planning.
Prior to becoming director in 2005, Baylor served as the Grants Administrator for the PCEDA. Her accomplishments in that position include the successful application and administration of more than $6 million in grant funds.
